All App Store purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can answer questions about what a subscription includes, but we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
